| Originally from London, I have been living in Somerset since 1987. My career has been predominantly in public sector,
working with Youth and Community organisations and Health
Promotion in the areas of social and the health education and training.
For over a decade I have been freelance initially working in social and health education and policy development, and then coaching and leadership development. I retrained in coaching and leadership development in 1999 with the Coaches Training Institute USA at which time Estrella Associates was founded. I went on to become a Professional Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and later a Certification Programme Leader. Along with my middle son Stuart, Estrella Associates became the training provider and license holder for Co-Active Coaching courses in the UK for over four years, |

| and a provider of The Bigger Game Company’s innovation courses. This gave us the opportunity to work and spend time with a range of international partners and associates.
Having taken a sabbatical in 2004 and walked the Road to Santiago, I then went on to do a post-graduate course at Surrey University in Spiritual Development and facilitation. I am now back fully immersed in coaching and facilitation opportunities, working with individuals, groups and organisations in the South West of England. Away from work I spend a lot of time with family and friends which is a big feature of my life, and lucky for me many of them also enjoy days out; walking and talking; photography and art, and living life well. |
